As a community shop run ‘by the community for the community’, the shop will rely heavily on a team of volunteers to work behind the counter, control stock, arrange eye catching displays of produce and even do a spot of gardening. We welcome anyone who can commit to help us in any way and if you can commit a few hours a week on a regular basis, that would be even better. No experience is necessary as full training and support will be given.

Work with a small team to set the strategy for the future and monitor performance against our agreed objectives. The team already has expertise in a number of areas but experience in areas such as IT, retail, legal, HR and accountancy/bookkeeping would be particularly welcome.
